Community
Our Culture
We strive to create an environment that promotes healthy living, physical activity, spiritual growth, and collaboration. Engaged employees are more productive and driven by a strong sense of purpose. Delivering superior customer service to our clients and consumers requires a commitment to excellence—one that is instilled from the very first day of employment. Our leadership team is equally committed to the growth and development of our staff and actively participates in quarterly leadership coaching seminars to equip managers with the skills needed to foster this environment and achieve meaningful results.
Our Efforts
Our desire to serve others reaches far beyond our campus and into the heart of our city. We are dedicated to helping create a safer, healthier Chattanooga—one where our team members and neighbors alike can thrive. Through strong partnerships with local organizations, we provide meaningful resources that support families, homes, and everyday life. Our community partnerships include the American Heart Association, Honoring the Sacrifice, Blood Assurance, Habitat for Humanity, Welcome Home Chattanooga, Special Spaces, Chatt Foundation, the Chattanooga Food Bank, the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. We are especially passionate about investing in local education and youth athletics, helping build a stronger future for our community.

Reaching Out
We are excited to bring opportunities to help our employees live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We have provided onsite, no-cost exercise yoga and Zumba classes to staff during lunch breaks or after work to accommodate employee schedules. We also developed a “Stretch4Success” campaign that allowed employees to engage in stretching exercises from their desk daily. Other company initiatives have included our Step Challenge program that encouraged employees to walk on the morning and afternoon breaks on campus. Stand-up desks are set up throughout campus to improve overall health and movement at work stations.
Teamwork and exercise are encouraged with a co-ed softball team that plays each fall in the
local community league.
Employee involvement in our other health promoting initiatives have helped our initiatives extend to our local businesses and beyond. During the fall season, our annual onsite Health & Wellness Fair expose local healthcare providers/businesses to our employees to educate them on their specialties. Included in the festivities are a special Employee Health & Wellness Resource Guide that provides direct contact information to providers on a variety of subjects and specialities. Employees are also served free, heart-healthy lunches for special company events such as our health fair.
