Community

Our Culture

On our campus we strive to create an environment that promotes healthy living, physical activity, spiritual growth and collaboration. Engaged employees have high productivity and a sense of purpose. Serving clients and consumers with superior customer service requires a commitment to excellence, which is instilled on the first day of employment with our organization. Our leadership is equally committed to the growth and development of our staff. We actively participate in quarterly leadership coaching seminars to provide our managers with the skills needed to foster the desired environment for these results.

Our Efforts

Our desire to help people extends beyond our campus into our city. We strive to promote a safer, healthier Chattanooga, where our team members can enjoy a pleasant city in which to work. We also hope to provide our employees as well as the citizens of Chattanooga with resources to assist in their daily needs for their homes and families. Our local partnerships include American Heart Association, Salute to Veterans, TC Thompson’s Children’s Hospital, the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, the BBB, and the American Cancer Society. We have a special passion for local education and youth athletics, as well.

Reaching Out

We are excited to bring opportunities to help our employees live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. We have provided onsite, no-cost exercise yoga and Zumba classes to staff during lunch breaks or after work to accommodate employee schedules. We also developed a “Stretch4Success” campaign that allowed employees to engage in stretching exercises from their desk daily. Other company initiatives have included our Step Challenge program that encouraged employees to walk on the morning and afternoon breaks on campus. Stand-up desks are set up throughout campus to improve overall health and movement at work stations.

Teamwork and exercise are encouraged with a co-ed softball team that plays each fall in the
local community league.

Employee involvement in our other health promoting initiatives have helped our initiatives extend to our local businesses and beyond. During the fall season, our annual onsite Health & Wellness Fair expose local healthcare providers/businesses to our employees to educate them on their specialties. Included in the festivities are a special Employee Health & Wellness Resource Guide that provides direct contact information to providers on a variety of subjects and specialities. Employees are also served free, heart-healthy lunches for special company events such as our health fair.
